Rebounding is one of the most important things in the game and can influence wether your win or not.
If you train this, you'll find out that it can really change the way of the game.
Boxing out it the main thing about rebounding, when you do not box out, you may not Win, orperheaps even Lose valuable points that can deside the final result of game.
So make sure that everybody is boxing out!
Because if one player doesn't, it may not have effect at all to box out.
Here you find a way to train your rebounding skills with the rest of your team.
Make sure you'll do this practice more than just once.
In this exercise, the Stars represent the offensive players and the crosses are the defensive players.
Offense begins with the ball and shoots a 3-point shot and the
defenders on the baseline make a ''close out'' and begin to box out.
When the ball bounces off from the ring, the defence starts to box the offensive players out and prevent them from getting the ball.
The offensive players try to pass the defense and get the ball. When they do, they will get 2 points, but when they don't and the defence does, they will get none points and the defensive will get 1 point.
Repeat this practice several times until 1 team reaches 10 points.
Now switch sides and do the exercise 1 more time.
